Doggy Daycare -
**** Now Offering Saturday Day Care! ****
Doggy Daycare is our primary service at The Big Backyard. It works much like daycare for children. Your
dog is dropped off at our doggy daycare facility and
can play and socialize in a supervised environment. We offer 8,000 square feet of play space; 5,000
square feet inside which is climate controlled year round (heated in the winter and air-conditioned
in the summer!), and 3,000 square feet outside which is always accessible to the dogs through doggy
doors. The inside area is divided into 3 playrooms
and each playroom has a securely fenced outdoor area for outside play
and potty breaks. During the summer months, pools are placed in each of the outdoor areas to
help keep your dog cool and allow dogs with a "water-fetish" to indulge! Wouldn't it be
great to come home from a long day's work to a tired but happy dog?

Overnight Care -
Beginning March 1, 2005, we are now offering overnight care for our daycare clients 365 days
a year! Call (303) 757-7905 today to reserve your space! We are keeping this very intimate and
small for our current clients, with only 16 individual runs and 4 family runs. Check out our

Treadmill Training -
The simple fact is we are trying to help our clients help their dogs become healthier and happier.
Physical exercise is a dog's primal need. Physical activity is very important for every dog's well
being. A balanced dog will be tired from physical and psychological challenges. In order for your dog
to be fulfilled you need to stimulate their natural mental and physical needs. You must burn the dog's
excess energy to maintain a healthy state of mind. Teaching your dog to walk on the treadmill will
strengthen the heart muscle, generally improve their behavior and release stress.

Baths -
During your dogs visit to doggy daycare, you may choose to have him/her bathed! The Big Backyard now does professional grooming. Please call for rates and availability. We offer:
- Bath only
- Nails only
- Bath and nail trim

Grooming -
For our daycare clients that like to be professionally groomed, we have a professional groomer on site. Please call us at (303) 757-7905 to check on dates and to schedule your appointment when your dog comes to daycare for the day! We will take dogs that do not attend daycare but please call ahead to make sure we have availability.
