Drop Off and Pick Up Times for Overnight Care -
- The day you drop off your dog for boarding, please
have them come as early as you can. You will be charged our half day rate ($15), anytime after 1pm during the
weekdays and after 2pm on Saturday. If you drop off your dog right before closing, the charge is no different.
Giving them sufficient time to play before being boarded for the evening allows them to get their energy
out and have a more peaceful night of sleep.
Please remember that we are always closed for naptime between 11am and 1pm on weekdays and
from 11am and 2pm on weekends.*
- Monday - Friday:
Anytime during our
business hours (7am-6:30pm)
Closed during naptime: 11am-1pm.
- Saturday:
8am-10am and 4pm-6pm.
Closed for naptime: 11am-2pm
- Sunday:
8am-10am and 4pm-6pm.
Closed for naptime: 11am-2pm
*There will be absolutely NO pick up
and drop off during our naptime.

Prices -
- $12.00 per night plus daycare rate.
- 10% discount on daycare and boarding
with 5 nights stay or more.
- Free Bath with 7 nights stay or more.
- If you are unable to pick up your dog(s)
at the scheduled pick up time, additional daycare charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy -
Clients need to cancel 48 hours prior to their reservation. If you cancel the day of your reservation,
a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
Holiday boarding is non-refundable.

Reservations -
- Reservations are Required! Current
clients can make a last minute reservation if we have the available room. New dogs must interview
and play for a day prior to overnight reservations to insure your dog will enjoy their stay.
- Dogs that have a standing
reservation for daycare are given priority for overnight reservations, including Holidays.
- All HOLIDAY reservations (New Years
Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) will require a 50% deposit. Reservations must be cancelled within 30 days of reservation to receive a full refund. There is a minimum 3-night stay for holiday reservations.
This is due to limited space and high demand.
Note: We will be closed on these holidays for
drop off and pick up.
